For some reason the clock is 12 hours off (for both 24hr and regular). I am quite sure GMT Offset is correct for my time zone (EST -4) any suggestions on how to fix this?
Your timezone eastern -4 would put you living in the atlantic ocean. I live in maryland and its GMT-5. My server is located in like Mountain time so its GMT-7
Therefore in my GMT offset I put 7 to take time back to GMT so it will sync with vb
