Help setting permissions (using mySQL command)

I have too many categories to change the permissions for every category by hand. Can someone please help me with a mySQL command to make the following permission changes in PhotoPost:

* These checked usergroups can view images in this category.
* These checked usergroups can upload to this category, unless a usergroup's overall upload access is disabled.
* These checked usergroups can post to this category, unless a usergroup's overall posting access is disabled.
* These checked usergroups can vote in this category, unless a usergroup's overall posting access is disabled.

These categories should have their permissions set as follows:
Yes - Registered
Yes - Super Moderators
Yes - Administrators
Yes - Moderators
No - Unregistered / Not Logged In
No - Users Awaiting Email Confirmation
No - (COPPA) Users Awaiting Moderation

Why not edit the parent category and use the tickbox to sync the children to the parent cat permissions? It is built in.
