Ticket System & Contact Us
How are you supposed to open a support ticket? The link from the members area simply takes me to the forum and gives me a message saying that I don't have access.
To add insult to injury, the 'Contact Us' link doesn't work. It simply re-directs me back to the home page.
I have the photopost and classifieds branding free options and need instructions on how to remove them. There's nothing in the documentation.
Most likely you're having the permissions issue because you're showing up as unverified. I noticed your join date is 2004... recently in the past month or so a new system was put in place to better identify customers posts in the forums and the Ticket System is likely tied to the new method. Please follow the steps here to see if that resolves the permissions issue for you.
For the Contact Us problem, which link exactly took you back to the index? When clicking on the "Contact Us" link above it should take you to http://www.photopost.com/ppost_contact.pl but perhaps there is a page where it hasn't been updated yet.
The contact link definately works.
The link I was following is the Contact Us at the bottom of this page. It goes to ( http://www.photopost.com/timo_contact.pl ). I didn't even notice the one at the top. It's just habit to look at the bottom for the contact link on a vb forum.
As for my original problem... II figured it out. I just needed to know the right string to search for.
