Major Troubles

I am having issues with my server and one of the techies decided to do some database work without my backing up first (he assured me it would not make any difference and I was at work). I have most of my site back up, but the gallery still won't work. They want $250 an hour to fix it.

Here is all that happens now:

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

TIA
Leslie

Can you log-into the admin of the gallery @ all ?

Are the forums and the gallery connected via style and database, or is the gallery standalone ?

Do you have the gallery and forums in the same database?

I can't log in at all b/c that part of the page doesn't load (I can go in through my V-Deck if I knew what to do once in there though). I had Chuck from here install this 2 years ago so I don't know for sure if they are the same database, but I do know that my members don't have to log in twice. They can go from the forums to the gallery no problem.

In phpmyadmin run this command

REPAIR TABLE iponline

or pp_iponline if your table prefix is pp_

I tried both but it tells me that there is no database selected. I am totally dumb about this stuff.

Well you need to be viewing your photopost database in phpmyadmin and run the command noted to repair that table.

In the left pane window of phpmyadmin you can select the proper database

That's the problem. The only two that are there are my store and my forums. Is is the forums one?

And I should mention that the techie did the repair option on all my databases and that's what caused the problem in the first place.

I have backed up though today so we can try anything.

View the forums table and see if there is a pp_iponline table there and repair it

That is why your header is just repeating and repeating

You can drop the pp_iponline table if the repair does not work and create a new one

This is really just too far over my head. I pasted the line above into the create new table area and it won't allow me to save it. How much would it cost for me to pay you guys to fix it?
