Navigation Tree

Running vBulletin Version 3.5.2 and PhotoPost PHP vB3 Enhanced and wanted to know how (if) I could have the "navigation tree" (not sure of the same... see attached image) appear for PhotoPost as it does for vBulletin?

Thanks in advance.

Photopost has its own breakcrumb tree when on the showgallery and showphoto etc scripts look at the top in the cathead

Thank you Chuck...
Is there a hack/mod for either vBulletin or PhotoPost to make them both have the same appearance?
Would like to keep as much uniformity throughout the site as possible.
Thanks.
