Exclude catagories from the "Featured Photo" VB plug-in

I would like to exclude certain catagories from participating in the Featured Photos add-on (supported) in VB3.5.

I have searched, but only found referrences to such in VBadvanced.

[what I am trying to achieve]

I have catagories that contain tech documents, scans from books, etc, and they dont make a very effective thumbnail, and are truly a waste to have them showing up in the Featured Photo add-on.

Also, can catagory exclusions be made for the PP random image pal?

You can edit inc_features.php and add code in bold below in the queries. replace with the real cats you dont want displayed

Btw, I've got over 100 pics in a "tech documents" cat and they just have a PDF thumbnail, that is worthless in the random pic section.
