How do I get thumbnails to show instead of full size images?

When showing the latest or most popular images on the main page, all images come up as full size rather than their thumbnail..

Same as in the member gallery, they are showing full so distorting the page rather than simply showing the standard size thumbnail (see attachment)

how can I get these to be thumbnails instead?

It would appear to me that there is an issue with your image processor but we would need to have a url and test login to see and verify this.

found the problem was the settings had changed themself back to ImageMagik rather than GD2

all working fine now. Thanks
