Movie file types?

What file type is best to save movies for uploading to PhotoPost? We want to use the feature that automatically plays them inline. Are there advantages/disadvantages to the different movie file types?

Any movie format would do. The best ones to play inline would probally be

avi mov rm etc. The popular formats since those are what we load players for.
