Remove " in email notifications?

Which file or template do I need to change to get the " replaced to how they should be displayed " in the email notifications when a quick reply is made to a photo?

PP 5.3 and VB 3.53 integration.

Your saying the system sends to a user has &quot in it and not " and a comment is made in Photopost? In comments.php find this

Thanks Chuck, worked like a charm.

$letter = stripslashes($letter); was actually in the comments.php in two places - so I went ahead and changed both of them to as above.
