User is getting blank emails

Please verify you are indeed having all the correct versions of files especially image-inc.php and english.php language file.

Here is the code to send the email in image-inc.php

You can see in image-inc.php $thecat variable is used to grab the users from the notify table. $title $desc and $lastphotoid are all properly defined. Now with that in mind here is the language strings in english.php

I have tested this out a few times before posting this but I also am an avid category subscriber on my own site. I hate getting an email as admin of everything uploaded so I shut that off and just use category subscriptions for my main cats I am interested in.
