Can Admin add photos for users?

I am considering purchasing Photopost PHP. I am currently running vbPicGallery, and I will need to manually move all of my photos over since there is no import utility. My question is... can I add photos on behalf of my users in order to move their galleries over for them? Since the sample Admin page is not functioning, I can't see what my options. Can anyone help?

Hello as Admin you have the ability to upload as user on the uploadphoto page. This is a standard feature of Photopost.

See the attachment to see the box I mean. It is directly on the upload page. This would apply for single uploads or bulkuploads.
