You can elect to in Admin => Show Photo Options to play multimedia inline and this will play it on the screen and not offer a download link.

Is there any way to remove the download link that is on the video when it is playing ? Some people dont want to give others the option to download .Thanks

When you play video files inline there is no thumbnail to link to download it so you can not download anything. Now the download link has to stay for multimedia files that can not be played inline and removing the download link would break the program.

Thanks I understand what your saying I am merely pointing out that the link when you show video inline is DEAD.

Now the link has to remain in the program for multimedia that do not play inline because in that case you need to download it to see it.

Where is that located? under the gallery admin? I dotn see it

When viewing multimedia you are shown the video as a download link or it is played inline in players.

There is a switch in admin whether you want to show multimedia inline or not.
