If I download it .It has a .gvp extension which I dont think is supported . Any suggestions will help

You may specify in your PhotoPost upload options the extentions for multimedia you wish to use.

You can then download this video and upload it to your photopost although you may want to get permissions from the author of the file first.

How do i put this in photopost and get it to work.

try it without the flash bbcode tags there is no flash bbcode in Photopost as we are not a forum. Try grabbing from google an html version ;)
