Album custom frames and themes - default only

What's the easiest way to turn off Albums Custom Frames and Themes?
I need to make some changes to them but don't want to give access till ready.

Well that is not really an option you can turn off like album assign. You would need to edit alb-edit.tmpl and remove the html if you dont want users to have these options
