collapsible categories on photo post home?

I'd love if I could do this - I thought it was a feature but for some reason It's not showing up. Is this due to our vb style? If so, what do I need to do to get that feature back into PP? I'd like to be able to collapse if users want to - I personally never use the category links on the home page.

You need to have a top level category that has no thumbs and has subcats to show a collapsible icon.

Your categories are all top level categories that contain thumbs
