Controlling Page Views under Frames

This question is not related to the operation of PhotoPost Pro software, but rather to the way the product is handled by frames.

When frames are used and a user is allowed to post comments and the user is logged on and the user clicks a thumbnail - the cursor becomes active in the Quick Reply section and the page scrolls down to this location. Usually the desired enlarged picture is not seen, as it's moved off the top of the screen. This doesn't happen when frames are not used - a cursor does not become active in the Quick Reply section and the page stays at the top.

Not sure if anyone has a solution to this, but if not, I'll be giving up on frames and recoding instead.
