How do I get thumbs to work with video uploads?

Can anybody confirm that it's not working on the latest release? I tried and it just uses the default video thumb of mm-ms.gif

Are their specific settings that need to be set in the admincp for this to work? I believe I have everything set, but it's still not working.

Any ideas?
