How do I align the recent, popular and random tables?
 

The recent, popular and random tables that appear on the front page. I need to align them to the top of their tables.

The problem that is happening is that if the title of an image/video in there goes onto 3 lines and the rest only take 1 or 2 lines then the thumbnails don't all line up. I just want it so that each html table has the align top code in it so that if there is any space left it's appearing at the bottom by the titles and not above the thumbnails.

Can you tell me where the code is, I can't seem to find it, even after trying to follow the "Recent Images" langauge variable from the english file I still can't find it. Can you direct me to where I can make this modification?
