how do i automatically allowed photos to show up

Hi,

I am currently have to go into the admin panel to approve upload photos. How do I change this so that it will show up automatcally in the album without me going into the admin panel to validate.

In admin usergroup permissions set moderation to off for whatever groups you do not want moderation on.
