No photos in Top Level Category

If I have a top level category, how do I make it act like a header instead of a photo album? For example, if I had a top level called "sports" and then had individual children categories called "basketball", "football", etc., can I make it where "sports" is just a header.

Similar to turning off the "act as forum" function in vbulletin?

Thanks.

BTW, I just installed the software. It is absolutely awesome.

When you Edit a Category, put "Contains thumbnails?" to NO; this is the same as "act as category".

One more question. I did that with the sports category and it changed its color and did what I wanted. How do I do it for the member galleries category and make them upload in the Personal Albums Index? Or do I even need to do that?
