How do I flip flop the location of the "Announcement box title and contents" with the "My Photos · My Albums · My Favorites Admin · Home · Search · Profile · Upload Photos · Logout" menubar . I want the Announcement info to show at the top of the index page. Thanx, Stu

In index.php find this code block and notice the lines I bolded. You would move the announcements conditional above the menubar call
