How do I use bulk upload from inside a dir

Hi:

I've been searching for a answer to this for some time but didnt find any.
I use ftp bulk uploads a lot. I upload the files to the /uploads/1 dir but If I upload them to some other dir inside that, like /uploads/1/cats
the bulkupload program never find any pictures as if the dir was empty.

I always have to move files to /uploads/1 and use bulkupload from there. Is this intended or a unreported bug?

It does not parse multi levels down. You can use any path but it has to be say only one level deep.

Chuck:

Thanks for your answer. The problem Im having is not related to parsing subdirs too, it is about it not parsing subdirs at all....

lets say I upload some pictures into /my/web/server/path/uploads/1/Cats

and in bulkupload I specify /my/web/server/path/uploads/1/Cats

it NEVER finds any picture! I have to move all the pics from Cats subdir to its parent /1 or it wont work.

Right

It parses like so

/my/web/server/path/uploads/1

/my/web/server/path/uploads/bulks

/my/web/server/path/bulk

/my/web/server/path/bulk/1

It does not read I beleive triple down from the webroot

One more question about bulk upload.
For example, 'admin' has user id=1, 'charm' has user id=2.
I'm trying to bulk upload under admin's login (with admin's rights), pointing user 'charm' and his directory /my/web/server/path/uploads/2 - it works fine.
If user charm uses bulk upload himself under his login and from the same directory - system can't find any file for uploading.

Did user charm click and are there files in HIS SPECIFIC UPLOAD DIRECTORY

Skip upload and process the files already in your upload directory
