Changing first day of week from Sunday to Monday?

How to make weeks to start from Monday and end on Sunday in Calendar (Photopost, ReviewPost and Classifieds)?

It would be nice if this would be done in the next release. I do not know any country, where Sunday instead of Monday is the first day of the week

Even Hongkong/China, which is famous for working 7 days a week as a common habit, the week "starts" on a Monday...
