Overlay Background PSD File

Is there a PSD file for the attached as I need the background to be #EFEFEF since the current one is white and does not complement the background. :confused:

Tks it works great!

But I don't know why when I tried to upload the photos even new ones, there is just no photo viewable except for the overlay pictures that I have updated. Any settings that I need to do? :confused:
