Problems uploading

I've been having problems all weekend trying to upload to my photopost. Not sure if it's an issue with me intergrating it with SMF or what. This is the error it gives me:

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

"/usr/bin/X11/mogrify" +profile "*" -size 67x100 -quality 70 -geometry 67x100 -unsharp 10 '/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/picturemeclubbing.com/httpdocs/pictures/data/503/thumbs/42ed4a1326ca7.jpg'

sometimes it gives me this error instead:

Unable to read the format of file: /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/picturemeclubbing.com/httpdocs/pictures/data/503/33768_p_953B2461-A965-1A58-70848944A1D8634E.jpg

I'm also wondering if it has to do with this mogrify exe? I don't have this file or dir on my server that I know of.
Please help! I've been promising that this pictures would be up and ready by Monday

Unhappy

I'm trying everything! Even a movie:

The file you uploaded was not an acceptable format.: Inhisownwords.asf

I went and changed my image processor to GD2 instead of Imagick and
finally got one photo to go through. However when I try to do bulk or any other image it goes to a blank screen. The message in the bottom corner of IE says done. It doesn't take me back to a menu or anything!

I know my servers has all GD vers and Imagick so I'm not sure why that would be the problem. I also have Coppermine using the same settings and works with all of them with no problem.

I had to update this last post...

I did a test. I installed the Photopost alone by itself and also one integrated with SMF. Both had the same results, so integration has nothing to do with it.

Apparently Imagick (not sure if I'm spelling it right) doesn't work and GD1 only works sometimes. GD2 seems to be the only processor that at least does SOMETHING. However even with G2 I have problems bulk uploading or sending videos. It always seem to try and process the images and it stops. The last url it goes to is the upload.php file. It then sends me to a blank white screen.

I've tried several formats of images as well as small and larger pics. Still will not work! HELP! I'm very discouraged about this being I just bought it. I thought it was gonna be a walk in the park. I got other programs up and running in the matter of 5mins. This is day 2!
