really i am confused with this header !!

hi all i do a search how to edit the header in my gallary i do the steps there and i saw the problems but still can not add a logo for my gallary

in the global admin option i put the full path fot the header

and i try this also

http://kwtphoto.com/photo/header.htm

i try to add my html code to the header.htm file but nothing happen in the gallary

i give the file 777 permission also nothing happen

It is the full path i.e something like /home/username/public_html/photos/header.htm
