New members and inc_features

Think I may have asked this before but is it possible for inc_features to show photos in thumbnails on forum page when a member doesn't choose a category and the image is uploaded to All Member category.

Is there a way to force members to choose a category for their uploaded picture.

Some members just do not read the announcement I have posted to choose a category.

How about you modify the inc_features.php file and alter the query and remove this

AND p.cat != 500

Before making change do I removed that from Most_view, Latest and default.
I see it in three places.


I thought about removing the all members category but that might be a bad idea.
