Comments issues

Not sure where to post this but I have a question regarding leaving comments...

Only myself can leave a comment to where it is actually seen by users. I am admin along with 2 other people...we all have the same exact permissions, but only I can leave comments. When others try, a block appears indicating they left a message (as well as rated the picture) but NO text!

We are using the latest vbulletin.

Any help or suggestions?

well I would suggest to check your comment permissions and make sure you redownload the software and upload the files as I do not know which version your using here but the latest 5.2 has no commenting issues.
