How to how most recent picture on an html page?

Using the current version of photopost (v5.14) is there an easy way to have your most recent picture show on the home index page of one's website if the home page is just a simple HTML page?

There was some discussion on this topic here:

but I need help in figuring this out!

You can use thumbincluder.php for this.
In the html page i use this code:

Where do I get the file called thumbincluder.php?
It is not included in the current downloads.
