want to remove the "Recent Photos link"

Due to the new 2257 laws and database required for all depictions I want to remove the "Recent Photos" links at the top for easier record keeping.

What template do I need to edit, and what scripting exactly should I remove so that the "Recent Photos: 1 day 7 days 14 days all " will no longer appear.
