Go back to thumbnail rows?
 

Here is my structure:

Category
Sub-Categories
Sub Category Image area

So how do I go back to the old style of having them all in rows?

The attachment is how it looks now, but is NOT how I want it. Maybe I'm being brain dead, but I just can't seem to find a way to get them to go from this vertical style, to the old way of having numerous thumbnails for that category all in rows. Its currently integrated with VB 3.5. Any help is greatly appreciated.

On your Show Gallery Options page, check your setting for "Number of columns for thumbnail pages" - you probably have this set to 1 where it should be the number of columns you want.
