Help with header, Please?

I am trying to attach a header to my index page and I am getting an error.

Unable to create or fix permissions for the file: http://digiscrappin4ever.com/images/...gif/header.htm

Correct the permissions or set the file path in the Admin Global Options.

I enter the following in the edit header window.

<table width="820" border="0" align="center">
<tr>
<td><div align="center"><img src="images/framed_header.gif" width="800" height="224"></div></td>
</tr>
</table>
</div>

I have placed the .gif in the images folder. And I created the page in Dreamweaver. I uploaded the page.

As far as the permissions go, I am a Mac person. I have set the permissions for the PhotoPost folder to read/write (which is our only options).

My only experience is with Dreamweaver. Can someone give me a hand?

Hello whichever html file your making your header you need to CHMOD the file to 666 so it is writable and then you can edit it through the admin side of things.
