indexhead.tmpl font size

Hi,
The "Welcome to Digi Scrappin' 4 Ever" is smaller than I would like it.
Can I change the font size here? Where can I find it and what am I looking for?

You can edit that in the indexhead.tmpl file and place a font tag size element around the welcome message

In your indexhead.tmpl add in bold
