Nav bar question

Hi -

I am using vBulletin with my photopost software. However, I don't really like the Vbulletin nav bar on the photopost gallery because it takes up so much room and its distracting. I really like the more simple version found here:

How can I make my vbulletin nav bar in photopost look like this one?
