Photos Not Showing

This is my second site with Photopost, the first works fine. This one has been sitting dormant and we are just getting started uploading, however my photos do not display. If I follow the data path the picture is in the proper folder and I can even download it and view it offline. I am getting a 403 error, but am unfamiliar with how to remedy this. Please Advise.

Thanks,
Dean

You would need to check with your host as this seems to be a server issue

I can ftp through and find the file here:

/htdocs/photopost/data/558/PC130013.JPG

When you say it does not exist, or you cannot see it, what so you mean?

Data directory virtual path: http://tbcmissions.org/photopost/data/
Full path to data directory: /www/t/tbcmissionso/htdocs/photopost/data/
Full path to header include: /www/t/tbcmissionso/htdocs/photopost/header.htm

this seems to be in line with what powweb shows:

Document Root: /www/t/b/tbcmissions.org/htdocs
Actual Path: /www/t/tbcmissionso/htdocs

Okay under storage options check your paths and try reverting.

Make sure you dont have an htaccess file that is blocking pictures as those need to be written correctly or you can mess things up

I apologize, but I do not know what you are referring to - "storage options"

There is no htaccess file in htdocs

Thanks for your patience, it was a directory permission problem. Something funky going on at powweb.
