Multiple sub cat layout and pic uploading...
 

We have a very deep category and sub-cat layout and I need the users to be able to upload only to the last sub-cat. (example below)

U S A (no upload)
--Air Force (no upload)
----Fighters (no upload)
------F-16 (upload only here)
------F-22(upload only here)
----Bombers
------B-1
--Army
----Tanks
----Artillery
--Navy
----Frigates
----Destroyers

Now, I know setting the thumbnail option to NO can take care of part of my problem but then that makes the category a head category like the rest of the non upload categories.....

any hints?
