Retain a photo archive unaffected by user deletion?

I want to create a long term selection of permanent photos from within Photopost to create a "Best of ..." Gallery Archive.

How can I go about this so that I retain all the selected photos and all comments in some publicly visible and accessible place within Photo post, and that these selected images and comments remain complete, even when the original upload is deleted by the user?

You can't

Best thing to do is not allow users to delete images.

Arrow Can photos be uploaded without appearing in recent images?

To create an archive I can collect images in My Favourites, then zip download them, but is there any way to upload without interfering in the recent images flow which acts as an index of new stuff for the users.

Maybe upload then hide them all?
Or is there any other way you know about please
Thanks

You can hide images yes.

Just remember if you allow users to delete images they are delete so no matter what way you do things you need to remove users the ability to delete there images
