UBB code - show link to thumbnail

I'm considering using this to make it easier for members in our vB forums to link to pics in the gallery, but would prefer to have img link to the thumbnail / not the large pic, as I'd prefer adding the showphoto url below img links, to the gallery.

Is it possible to have UBB code show thumbnail link instead?

In showphoto.php you will see the code that is used for the ubbcode

You need to make a new variable that points to the thumb say called $thmburl and then alter that tag.

I found line 1151 in showphoto.php where I can easiy edit

well above that line try something like this

$newurl = "{$Globals['origdir']}/$storecat/thumbs/$bigimage";

change the line you found to this

It now shows IMG tag to thumbs.
