My Top Level categories looks weird in the tables

I just successfully installed PP5.12, but noticed my top level category doesn't go all the way across like its suppose to, i have submitted a picture to show you what I'm trying to explain... where it says "general", thats suppose to stretch all away across, but instead it doesnt, any idea what is causing this?

In your Admin Options you have:

Show post count and photo details for cats without thumbs?

set to YES, set it to NO to remove the post/photo counts.
