Add Meta Tags to Header?

I need to add metatags for description, keywords and author. Where do I go to edit the metatags?

We have a section for a header tags file specification which you can create whatever tags you want in the <head> area into its own file and then upload it to your server and put the path into the Admin Options for.

This will include that file (which does not need the <head></head> tags itself) on every page.
