ECards - Photo Not Found

I did do a search for this, but could not find a definative fix. When I try to send myself a ecard (to test it out), I can preview the card just fine, and when I send it, it says your ecard has been sent. BUT, then I get "Photo not found in database". When the email arrives at my test email address, there is a link like this:

http://www.mywebsite.com/ubbthreads/...ew=-1119311588

But when I click the link, I also get "Photo Not Found in Database". Did I miss something in the setup or is this a known bug (and if so, what's the fix?)

Make sure you have all the latest files as I beleive any issues found have been corrected to date.
