Where it says "Welcome to the Action Video Section!"
There is a space there and for the life of me I can't figure out why. I checked the annoucement tmpl.
and then I figure ah heck let me take a look at 'view source' there is no template being used.... *scratching my head*
soooooo hopefully you can help. |

See where it says "Welcome to the Action Video Section!"
There is a purple line above that. How do I narrow the space between the line and the text?

Okay no need to get rough.
I WANT the line there. However, I DON'T want the large cap/space between the line and the text. I want it narrowed.

I changed all the numbers and it changes every aspect but the one I need. Wow. Amazing how something so simple is so hard to change. I can make the space bigger by changing Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
I just can't seem to make it smaller....................... |
