e-mail notification

I have a Category Named Family. Under that I have a sub category called 2005. Under that I will post family events for the year. I have tested this and subscribed to the Family category, but when I post a new pic in 2005 I don't receive a notification. If I post a pic directly under Family I receive a notification.

Your not posting in the support forums so we dont necessarily even look to assist people here.

You need to subscribe to the 2005 category as subscriptions do not trickle down.

6 hours does not mean anyone is ignoring you, just means that the How Do I....? may take a lower priority to other support tasks at times.

sorry just a little impatient. This is the 2nd time I have posted on this subject, and if I am posting in the wrong area then that would explain why I was not receiving an answer. Where do I subscribe to the 2005 category?

Well yes this is a How do I forum which is not part of the support forums. The support forums are the next block on forums down.

You would subscribe the same way you did to the parent category Famly which you told us you have done. In the bottom left corner when viewing a category you select subscribe to gallery.
