Admin Panel Colors - Yuck!

I just purchased and installed Photopost Classifieds and the install went great. But - the colors in my admin control panel are horrible. Here is a link to a screen shot so you can see what I mean:

Notice that NONE of the items in the menu on the left can be seen unless you run the mouse over the item. Did I miss something in the setup somewhere? How doe I fix this?

In the edit options section, where it says "UBB Threads Users: Default These Setting" I typed in the "file name" of my default style. (I use Threads, not sure what th efix would be with other forums)
