get the menubar to be 800 pixels wide?

I want the menu bar to be the same width as the header and main table.
I do not want it at 700.

The menubar is set to the same global table width as the rest of the files. You would need to remove the $ppopen and $ppclose calls on that template and use your own table definition if your trying to do something different that the rest of the tables
