I saw some examples about contest but I´m confuse about this... Do you have some tutorial?

We have just 8 users that can vote because we´re in test - my vote like admin not appear and I made a user named test and his vote not appear too...
2. Can we program the end of the contest?
3. Where is the link to the contest? How I know about this?
4. When the contest is ended should I put the photos in the right category manually or the people must upload the photos just to the contest?
5. Why can I see who voted???
