How do I bold the Welcome message

Hwere do I insert the bold tags for the message at the top that says "Welcome Username"

Hi..

index.php, line 112 is the code, but why not try editing your language file, look for

$Globals['pp_lang']['welcomeuser'] = "Welcome,";

and replace with

$Globals['pp_lang']['welcomeuser'] = "<b>Welcome,";

it'll leave an un-closed <b> tag, but it maybe ok to try...
