Moderate photos but not comments

I'm using V5.03 integrated with UBB.
Right now my PhotoPost has moderation to upload photos and to post comments on all user.
I would like that 2 usergroups can post comments w/o moderation. How can I do it?
I could find onle option to enable/disable moderator for photos, not for comments.

There is only one moderate switch so you would have to modify code if your trying to separate them
