How do I remove slash
 

When uploading a picture and in the title I use a ' I see it in the gallery title as /'
I did a search but didn't find how to remove the slash when using a comma like as in boy's or ship's. What I get is boy/'s or ship/'s.
Thanks if this can be removed without to much of a hassle.
