Is it possible to give one usergroup access to one gallery but not another?
 

Like if I have two top-level categories; Member Galleries and Site Challenges, is there a way to enable a particular user group to have access to only one of the two?

Edit Categories for each category and then set the usergroup permissions base don which ones you want to have access and which you don't.
